Robert Zirkelbach Named PhRMA Executive Vice President

The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) today announced that Robert Zirkelbach has been named executive vice president of public affairs. Zirkelbach assumes the responsibilities of Josephine Martin, who announced her intent to pursue new opportunities.
